I’VE ALREADY BEEN GIVING ONLINE SO WHY IS THIS NEW SYSTEM BETTER?

The new online giving platform is not only faster to use but easier to navigate. It also allows you to give from your desktop or your mobile device from a responsive site. We will be announcing exciting new features and options over the coming days and weeks so stay tuned!

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY TRANSACTION?

For card transactions, usually in less than one minute. ACH (electronic check) transactions typically take two business day to receive confirmation from the donor's bank. In rare cases, ACH transactions may take up to one week or longer.

 

CAN I STILL VIEW MY GIVING HISTORY?

You can still View Giving History for the next coupe of weeks as we transition fully into the new platform. We’ve already successfully completed migration of all your data, including your giving history and your individual (and/or family) involvement data. If you have an existing InFellowship account and believe that your giving history is incomplete or missing, please contact us. Our Finance department may need to get in touch with you to verify your identity.

 

WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO CHOOSE A GIVING FREQUENCY, E.G. ONE-TIME OR WEEKLY?

You can still give one-time and also setup weekly, monthly, biweekly, and now even quarterly or annual schedules for any available fund- like you've been able to do but only with more options now! And you can manage and delete any schedules or payment methods at anytime and at your own convenience.

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CARDHOLDER DATA THAT WAS IN INFELLOWSHIP?

At no time is any sensitive data ever saved on their (or our) servers. Whatever cardholder data exists in their system is not only fully encrypted according to industry standards but is also in the process of being securely deleted and destroyed. Remember, this type of data is encrypted and is not visible to anyone.  Whenever you submit an online giving transaction, all your information is transmitted from your browser and directly to encrypted enterprise-grade payment gateways (like, Sage Payments, First Data and Wells Fargo) where they are stored securely in an encrypted format so that no sensitive data is visible or accessible to anyone.

 

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE AT THE MOMENT?

At this time, not much. Just sit back and relax. We'll be keeping you posted so we ask that you be patient as we announce additional features and provide updates in the coming days and weeks.
